ADHD Plans - What You’ll Learn

  • Parallax Planning - Let's talk

Step 1 - Lay it all out.

We are going to take a big-picture look at your finances. Looking at every asset and liability that you have. We can’t create your plan if we don’t have the whole picture. For that reason, our plans are customized based on your situation, regardless of where you are and where you are heading.

  • Step 2 - Implement a Strategy.

We start by tracking where your money is going, where it's invested and where it needs to be directed. Then we give you an immediate action strategy so you can start taking implementing today, not in six months or never like other plans.

  • ADHD Getting things done

    Step 3 - Create a Financial Plan.

With a strategy in place, you will start to see some wins. Once we can shift things, we will work together to build a long-term plan based on accountability, action, and tracking so you can be confident in your financial future.

Areas we can help you…

  • Financial planning while living with ADHD.

  • Strategies for debt reduction and cash flow.

  • Understanding financial anxiety, stress & information overload.

  • Budgeting while living with ADHD, and how to avoid impulsive spending.

Why Jodie has a Specialized Niche in ADHD?

Managing finances can be a challenge for people with ADHD. The symptoms of procrastination, disorganization, and impulsivity can create financial problems.  To add insult to injury, additional stress about this makes these symptoms worse.  I know this firsthand and even lived in this cycle for many years before my diagnosis over 15 years ago.  I also know that we don't have to live in the cycle and have the power to change.

Once we start working together, you may find you can master a financial plan. Think how nice it would feel to be organized: You don’t have to fear your bank account getting unexpectedly low, being turned down for a loan, or having your power cut because you forgot to pay the bill.

For adults with ADHD, the following things may make keeping up with financial matters even more complicated:
Keeping track of bank balances or expenses
Organizing checks, bills, and significant tax papers,
Avoiding  or paying late payments
Spending and large credit card balances
Avoiding or procrastinating on paying bills
OR
Simply remembering to remember…..is a challenge!
